I like Matta's resume and record. And his upside if he was going to be healthy for 8-10 years. But the downside of him is too much with that back. Too much risk if he got hurt again in 2 years. I like the fact that Crean is really good at developing players.

He was doomed from the start at IU. They were never in love with him. Even after that 3rd year when he took them from the dead to the s16.. It was a ticking time bomb with him. They wanted Brad Stevens forever. And then after he went to the NBA, they wanted Steve Alford to return. Luckily for them, he went to UCLA. He's a trainwreck there. And then the last 2 years they were screaming for Archie or Gregg Marshall. They even had fantasies of Brad Stevens leaving the Celtics to go to IU. He's from Indiana and coached right down the road at Butler. Even after he won the B10 and went to the s16 2 years ago. It was never going to last with him at IU
